Helen Cochrane of Alvechurch Reiki is a CNHC registered Reiki practitioner and Usui Reiki Master Teacher (Reiki Teacher Member of UK Reiki Federation)

Offering Reiki 1 & 2 Courses and Reiki treatments, all aspects of her work involve deeply meditative and mindful practices, with the highest of intentions to help you achieve and maintain a healthy and stress-free body and mind.

Both Reiki 1 and 2 are taught over two immersive days, in small groups, to help you discover for yourself the many wonderful benefits of the practice of Reiki.

Discovering Reiki was a massive turning point in Helen’s own struggles with anxiety and depression. Having practiced for 5 years and launched Alvechurch Reiki in 2021, she is passionate about supporting others to discover how Reiki might benefit them in their unique healing journey.

All courses comply with the Core Curriculum for Reiki, and are led and taught by Helen Cochrane, an experienced and knowledgeable teacher, with all four attunements being performed in person during the course.
